The payment structure is set up with two 50% milestone payments. The 1st payment (milestone 1) is issued after we receive an approved permit and executed solar contract with the customer. The 2nd payment (milestone 2) is issued after completion of the project. We require a 3rd party inspection and photos of the completed project to release the second 50% payment. The permit, contract, inspection, and photos can all be uploaded directly to the Loan Management Portal.
