Yes, you can see your current check deposit limit in the account limit tab on our website. Under settings> account limits.
You can find this in the Atmos app you can find this information in the more tab under account limits. If you require a higher limit for your check to be deposited, please contact customer support.
For checks over $10,000 we recommend:
- Depositing it into a different bank account separate from Atmos and transferring that money to your Atmos account at a later time.
- Contacting the issuer to cut you smaller checks that are within your deposit limit.
- If you are receiving this money from a person that is capable, you can wire the money instead. This is a quicker and more secure option.
