Within your web browser:
1) From your Home screen, navigate to Checking Account
2)Within the card management center, navigate to the tab for the card you want to activate
3) Click on Activate
Within your mobile app:
1) Tap on the More tab
2) Under Mobile Banking, tap on Cards
3) Tap into the card you want to activate
4) Tap on Activate
By phone:
You can also activate your card by calling our card services support number (866)-246-7194 also located on the back of your card. You can call the number on the back of your card. press 1 and listen to all the options.
Set/ Change your pin number
From within your Atmos app, navigate to Checking > Cards > View > Set Pin. Please note that PINs can’t have sequential numbers following each other (ex: 1234, 9876, 6543)
Alternatively, you can call (866)246-7194 and select option #1 then option #3 for pin setting.
Before calling, ensure you have the necessary information at hand. This may include personal identification details such as SSN or any other relevant information that the service provider might require for identity verification.
