Atmos Financial is excited to announce that we now offer Joint Checking accounts! It's another way you and your loved one can put your funds to work by supporting the development of climate infrastructure.
Simply log into your account from a web browser or the mobile app (please ensure you are on the latest version). If you already have a Checking account with us, select the three dots to the right of where it says Checking, then Add Account. If you do not have a Checking account, the option will appear on the homepage (you may need to scroll down).
If you do not yet have an account with us, we invite you to sign up here. It only takes a few minutes! You and your joint account holder will need to sign up for personal accounts; once they are approved, one of you (or both if you'd both like greater functionality in the account) can go into the Settings tab and complete the Document Verification (DocV) and Annual Compliance Questions.
Once those are submitted, we'll process them on our side, typically within 1-2 business days. If you are eligible for an upgrade, you'll receive a confirmation email and you can then log into the account to add the joint checking. Only one of you need to add the joint checking- the other will receive an invite to accept it.
After your account is funded, you'll be presented with the option to order your debit cards. Double check the address is correct before submitting.
